Policy

 DEPOSIT POLICY: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the reserved service is required for your service.

ARRIVAL POLICY: First-time guests must arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment to fill out forms. 

LATE POLICY: There is a 15 minute grace period if you are late, but please note that your service will end at the scheduled time of service. If you are over 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and your appointment will be forfeited. 

CANCELED/RESCHEDULED POLICY: Any appointments canceled/rescheduled or changed without 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount. All "no shows" will be charged 75% of the reserved service amount. Please note that your appointment will also be forfeited. 

PACKAGE POLICY: Any packages purchased must be done within 8 weeks, please note that any appointments canceled/rescheduled on the day of will result in forfeiting your appointment.

REFUNDS POLICY: During the first 10 minutes into your initial session at any point, you decide to change your mind, you have the choice to request a refund of the remaining balance of your service amount.
