Policy

DEPOSIT POLICY:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the reserved service is required for your service. 

ARRIVAL POLICY:

First-time guests must arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment to fill out forms. 

LATE POLICY:

There is a 15 minute grace period if you are late, but please note that your service will end at the scheduled time of service. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your appointment will be forfeited.  

NO SHOWS:

There will be a 30-40% no-show fee of the service amount for those who paid the deposit fee or not in full. 

CANCELLED/RESCHEDULE POLICY:

Any appointments canceled/reschedule or changed without 48 hours notice will result in a 25% charge of the service fee amount. 

PLEASE NOTE ANY NO SHOWS AND OR CANCELLATIONS IS A RESULT OF FORFEITING YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

ANY CLIENTS THAT PAID TOTAL AMOUNT AND DOES A NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN A $40.00 NO SHOW FEE AMOUNT. 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT DEANNA DREAMS BODY SCULPTING & AESTHETICS VALUE TIME AND TREATS EVERYONE FAIRLY INCLUDING THE TECHINICANS TIME.  

PACKAGE POLICY:

Any packages purchased must be done within 8 weeks, please note that any appointments cancelled will result in forfeiting one appointment from any package deal. 

REFUNDS POLICY:

After 10 minutes into your first initial session at any point you decide to change your mind, you have the choice to request a refund of the remaining balance of your service amount. 

After, there are no refunds for services under any circumstances.
